We at VDORepair appreciate your business and know how important it is to get the job done right the first time. We guarantee our service and parts for the duration of your guarantee. Our service is to only repair the pixel problems within the unit. If there are additional pre-existing conditions we will contact you to discuss other repair options and pricing. If it is beyond our repair ability we will refund you in full less the cost of shipping the unit back to you with alternate repair options if available. If you ever experience an issue with your cluster we will cover the return shiping cost back to you, and dependent upon the date of the intial repair we may even cover the inbound cost of repair to us. This is done on a case by case basis. It is important that we look after our clients and any issues will be responded to immediately. Our main goal is to help you save money and love the car you're in.
